Mr. Barnett joined Acorn Growth Companies (AGC) in December 2008 and is based in Acorn's Salt Lake City, Utah Office.  AGC's Business Development organization serves its portfolio of aerospace and defense companies, by training and supporting their diverse business development, sales, and marketing requirements. 

Prior to joining Acorn Growth Companies, Todd was Vice President of Shipley Associates' Business Development Consulting business.  He oversaw the business development campaigns of several tier one and two aerospace, defense, IT, professional services firms.  He also worked extensively with small businesses, training and coaching them on how to initiate and capture large DoD and OEM programs.

During the past ten years of his career, Todd held a number of business development, sales, management, and leadership positions.  Prior to joining AGC, he was a certified sales trainer for Franklin Covey, and served on several business and community boards.

Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Utah and a MBA degree from Oklahoma Christian University.  Todd is married and has two children.
