As the Director of Finance & Business Services, Carlisle assists with numerous items including: operational accounting and finance for a few of Acorn's portfolio companies, accounting systems management, financial modeling, organizational activities, due diligence, HR process improvement and data analysis.

While earning her degree, Carlisle was contracted by several organizations as a database analyst and accounting support personnel, including Acorn.  In the spring of 2008, Carlisle graduated from Oklahoma State University with honors in International Business and a minor in Economics.  During her time at OSU, she was in the top four percent of her junior class, became a lifetime member of the International Business Honors Society of Beta Gamma Sigma, and on the President's and Dean's Honor roll multiple times. Upon completion, she became a fulltime contributor and employee of Acorn Growth Companies.

Prior to earning her degree, Carlisle had 20 years experience in the technology field as Manager of Sales and Customer Support at a regional telecommunications firm, Operations and Production at a food manufacturing company and Database Manager for an office products firm.  She currently is a board member of two companies whose annual revenues have increased over 30% over the last five years.
